1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hex37 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Educational Sandbox

Hex37 is an educational trading sandbox. The Service simulates crypto trading using virtual funds. No real money, securities, or commodities are bought, sold, or otherwise transacted through the Service.

No prizes, cash awards, or other things of value are awarded based on user performance in challenges, rankings, or any other feature of the Service. Rankings reflect simulated trading skill only.

The Service is not financial advice, is not a broker-dealer, and is not a registered investment adviser. Curriculum content, AI tutor outputs, and all other educational materials are provided for general educational purposes and do not constitute personalized investment recommendations.

Subscriptions purchase access to learning tools (additional practice headroom, advanced order types for educational use, AI tutor sessions, etc.). They do not purchase any financial product or service.

Results, rankings, and performance metrics shown in the Service are simulated and not indicative of real-world trading outcomes.

3. Description of Service

Hex37 is an educational trading sandbox for cryptocurrency markets. The Service lets you place practice orders against live market data using virtual balances. No real funds are traded, no real assets are bought or sold, and no order placed through the Service touches a live exchange. The Service is provided for education, practice, and entertainment, and is not a brokerage, exchange, or financial advisory service.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past results from simulated trading do not predict real-market results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make outside the Service, including any decisions to trade real assets. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and trading them carries substantial risk.

5. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, competitions, or copy-trading rankings through fraudulent activity (multi-account abuse, wash trading patterns intended to inflate metrics, automated farming); attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its market-data feeds; exceed published API rate limits or share API keys; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or violate any applicable laws or regulations through use of the Service.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

Hex37 offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently "Pro"). Paid plans unlock additional learning tools and educational sandbox services billed in advance on a recurring basis at the cadence you select (weekly, monthly, or annual). Payments are processed through Razorpay; Hex37 does not store payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro features until then. Trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the listed price unless cancelled before the trial ends.

8. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

9. Market Data

The Service displays cryptocurrency market data sourced from third parties (including Binance). Hex37 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and is not responsible for delays, errors, or interruptions in the data feed. Simulated order fills are computed from this data; they approximate but do not perfectly replicate the behavior of any real exchange.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (trade journal notes, profile information, posts). By submitting content you grant Hex37 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing it to other users where you have made it public (e.g., public profiles, shareable trades, leaderboards).

11. Intellectual Property

Hex37 retains all rights to the Service itself, including its technology, branding, design, code, and educational content (curriculum, glossary, blog).

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hex37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
